CAFMA is a growing fire department covering urban and rural neighborhoods throughout Central Arizona. We created a video to help recruit new prospects and highlight the department values and standards they look for in firefighters they are looking to hire.
We approached this project with one goal: to create a new perspective of the ideal firefighter. We wanted to creatively express the CAFMA Core Values through text animations and images highlighting their diverse crew and staff.
